SyncApp.AI is a private tool for booking conference rooms in our shared office in Mountain View, California, operated by AI Aspire. By using it you agree to a few simple things. We have kept them short and in plain language.

Who can use it

SyncApp.AI is for people who work in or are visiting this office. It is not open to the public. Please book under your real name so the office knows who has each room.

Booking fairly

• Book only the time you actually plan to use.
• If you finish early, release the room from your booking so the next person can grab it. It takes one tap and keeps rooms flowing.
• Check in when your booking starts. If no one checks in within the grace period, the room is released automatically so it does not sit empty.
• Treat the rooms and the people around you with respect.

What administrators can do

Office administrators may cancel or adjust bookings when they need to, for example to resolve a conflict, free a mis-booked room, or handle maintenance. We will not do this casually, but the office needs the ability to keep things running.

The service is provided as-is

SyncApp.AI is an internal tool in an active pilot. We work to keep it reliable, but we provide it as-is, without warranties, and we are not liable for missed bookings or a room that turns out to be unavailable. If something goes wrong, tell us and we will help sort it out.

Changes to these terms

As the pilot evolves these terms may change. When they do, we will update this page and the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use SyncApp.AI means the current terms apply.
