Accessibility

Booking a room should work for everyone in the office. We build SyncApp.AI to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, and we treat that as an ongoing commitment rather than a one-time check.
What we do
- We test pages with automated accessibility tooling (axe) and fix what it flags.
- Every interactive control works with a keyboard, with visible focus outlines and a skip link to the main content.
- Buttons, forms, and status messages carry proper labels and roles so screen readers announce them clearly.
- We respect your “reduce motion” setting: animations, including the ambient background, are dialed down or turned off when you ask the system for less motion.
- Color is never the only signal. Room status uses text as well as color, and both the light and dark themes are checked for contrast.
Known limits
SyncApp.AI is in an active pilot, so some corners are still being polished. If you hit a barrier, we want to hear about it. Your report helps us prioritize the fix.
Send feedback
If any part of SyncApp.AI is hard to use with your assistive technology, email hello@syncapp.ai and tell us what happened. We will work with you on an alternative and improve the app.
